Smart Room Browsing & Instant Booking
The rooms page displays all available suite categories — Eset Kingdom, Suite, Family, and Twin — each with live availability status, guest capacity, room area, and star rating. Users can click "Details" to explore full room specifications or hit "Book Now" to enter the booking flow immediately. The system is connected to a real-time database, meaning room availability updates live without a page reload.

Smart Menu Filtering & In-Room Dining Orders
The dining page serves a dynamic menu pulled from the database, organized by category and dietary preference (Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten Free, Spicy, Healthy). Guests can add items to a cart and place orders for room delivery or table service. Signature dishes are highlighted with a gold tag. Orders are sent directly to the kitchen queue and tracked in real time by staff.
Venue Selection & Event Booking System
The events page allows guests and corporate clients to browse and reserve event venues such as the Eset Royal Hall and the Grand Ballroom. Users fill in their full name, email, event type, hall preference, preferred date, and guest count — all from a single integrated form. The booking triggers a payment flow and stores the reservation in the database.


24/7 Concierge Support with Direct Inquiry Form
The support button in the navigation bar opens a premium concierge support modal — a two-panel interface showing contact details on the left and a message form on the right. Guests can submit inquiries directly without leaving the page. The form includes real-time submission feedback, showing a "Sending..." state and a success confirmation.
Real-Time Business Intelligence & Operations Control Center
The super admin dashboard gives the hotel owner and management team a complete, live view of the entire operation from a single screen. KPI cards show total revenue, room occupancy rate, and active bookings — all updating in real time. The service queue panel displays all pending dining, wellness, and maintenance requests so staff can respond immediately.
