Universal and Ethiopian Legal Standard Agreement for Technical Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations in Ethiopia and internationally.
2. Scope of Services
We provide high-end technical solutions including but not limited to Fullstack Development, UI/UX Design, and 3D Web Integration. Detailed scopes are defined in individual service agreements.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all code and designs produced are the intellectual property of Ananiya. Clients are granted a license to use the final product upon full payment.
4. Ethiopian Legal Standards
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Business operations are conducted in compliance with the Ethiopian Commercial Code and relevant technology proclamations.
5. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be settled in the competent courts of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for technical perfection, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services, except where required by law.
